Shipping / Pickup & Returns

Orders must be placed by Sunday to shipped on Wednesday. Orders placed after Sunday will be fulfilled the following week. Producing a single batch of chocolates takes about 3 days start to finish and everything is done by hand in small batches.

Shipping

Nationwide shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail flat rate boxes. There is a small handling fee in addition to shipping to cover the packaging/ insulation added to each order to ensure your chocolates arrive in the best condition possible.

Pick Up

Local pick up is available at our Point Pleasant location during regular business hours. Order by Sunday to pick up the following week.

***RETURNS & REFUNDS***

As a small business we rely heavily on your support and understanding & unfortunately at this time we cannot accept any returns. Since all products are consumable/perishable, unfortunately refunds or reships are not available at this time either.
